The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity
Type: Manga
Score: 3/10
At the start the setting unintentionally has the vibe of a dystopian hellscape which I’m not 100% against especially with pacing that isn’t borderline insane and has actual character development. A lot of apologising though.
Edit: 8.5 -> 3, I’ve grown to dislike this manga more and more as time passes. It’s too sweat, much like a Crème Brûlée to the point that it becomes difficult to stomach at this point also like a Crème Brûlée. There’s very little interesting conflict so aside from still great art without any edge at all this quickly loses its luster, which is also like the Crème Brûlée, which after you eat its crunchy top you’re left with soft boring egg. I’m feeling really good about the Crème Brûlée metaphor.
